The Education Resource Centre Project (ERC) (Public Sector)

No country can thrive beyond the quality of her workforce/manpower. Despite the fall of standards in the public educational sector and the emergence of private educational institutions to fill the vacuum, the pubic sector still trains or enrolls over 75% of students in schools today, the ERC is our quick response to bringing best practice and qualitative education via interactive multimedia technology with fully loaded resources to excite and inspire the children to learn.

It is our model of supporting forward looking institutions in Nigeria to taking qualitative education to the grassroots. Our complete solution with alternative power port is designed to be deployed and delivered into schools either on a unit, per school basis, or identifying a specific number of schools per local governments to run as model centers from which other schools can access and share resources.

The package comes with full training and capacity building programs for teachers and students alike and the centre are to run as Math/English support centres. The minimum number of centre for a state is 200 centres.

For States that do deploy an impactful number that is at a ratio of one centre per school in the State, the State shall automatically qualify as a Centre of Excellence for teaching and learning and shall attract access to international grants, support and more importantly Cambridge-Hitachi shall set up a state of the art video conferencing e-learning academy for teacher training in the State.
